Activity 1 Business Organization Innovation - 1/6/2020 - 30/5/2022

The activity aims to innovate the organization of the company’s business in order to commercialize the two innovative products PIMSf and eLBC. The activity consists of the following sub-activities:

1.1. Introduction of a new organizational method (Process function method)

1.2. Formation of a new eLBC production department

1.3. Establishment of a new PIMSf implementation department

1.4. Procurement and introduction of an integrated new product monitoring system (ERP)

1.5. Introduction of a training program

1.6. Introduction of a new knowledge base and best practices

1.7. Changing the organization of jobs and forming work teams

Activity 2 Process Innovation - 1/6/2020 - 30/5/2022

The activity aims to implement the company’s process innovation for the purpose of commercializing the two innovative products PIMSf and eLBC. The activity consists of the following sub-activities:

2.1. Introduction of a new method of PIMSf implementation

2.2. Procurement of new equipment and software required for product implementation.

2.3. Introduction of a new method of eLBC production

2.3.1. Installation of new production technology, automation equipment and sensors

2.3.2. Production of “zero series”

2.4. Testing and certification of eLBC with CE standard

2.5. Testing and certification of eLBC with EX standard

2.6. Preparation, design and production of promotional materials

2.7. Promotional campaign on targeted media

2.8. Preparation of documentation for the protection of intellectual property PIMSf and eLBC

PM Project Management Activity - 1/6/2020 - 30/5/2022

The activity aims to ensure the successful implementation of the project in accordance with the Grant Agreement, and the realization of all activities, results, goals and indicators of project success. The activity consists of the following sub-activities:

3.1. Project progress reporting and monitoring – Includes all administrative procedures related to the successful implementation of the project: development and updating of the Procurement Plan, PPZNS, preparation of project progress reports / related ZNS, final project implementation report. It includes financial monitoring and proof of costs and accounting of costs, as well as the establishment of an appropriate archiving system. As part of this activity, meetings of the project team will be organized for the purpose of efficient coordination and successful implementation of the project in accordance with the Agreement. This activity will contribute to the more efficient realization of all activities, results, goals and indicators of project success. In addition to the meetings, all members of the project team will be in regular communication about the progress of the project on a daily basis, and the meetings of the project team will be organized more often than expected if the need arises.

3.2. Preparation and implementation of procurement – The aim of this activity is the timely and correct preparation of procurement documentation and implementation of procurement procedures for efficient and transparent procurement. The procurement documentation preparation service consists of the implementation of procurement procedures according to the rules for the NOJN.

1. Business organization innovation:

A new organizational method (Method of Process Functions) is being introduced, which will link recording, informing, controlling, analyzing, deciding, planning, coordinating, organizing and performing processes that will result in the formation of new departments in the company: And. An integrated monitoring system for new products (production, finance, strategy, marketing) is being introduced. A training program is introduced to create effective and functional teams that integrate employees of different areas of responsibility. A new knowledge base and best practices are being introduced to make them more accessible to others. The change in the organization of jobs consists of the first application of decentralized responsibility for the heads of new departments and the formation of work teams to improve access and exchange of knowledge from different departments. It employs three engineers for the PIMSf implementation department and one engineer for the eLBC production department

2. Process innovation

A new method of PIMSf implementation is introduced, which is based on two-shift work due to technical support in the countries of the second time zone, new equipment and software needed for product implementation are purchased. A new eLBC production method is introduced consisting of: Installation of new production technology, real-time automation equipment and sensors that can customize processes, new equipment needed for new products, laser cutting tools, computer-aided product development. A “zero series” of 50 devices is produced. The eLBC is CE and EX certified. It employs three engineers for the PIMSf implementation department and one engineer for the eLBC manufacturing department. Promotional materials are produced for both products and a promotional campaign is conducted.
