Strategic acquisition of Zemis company

Feromohin d.o.o. is pleased to announce a strategic acquisition of Zemis d.o.o., that should be realized during the first quarter of 2021. This acquisition should lead to greater market engagement and open up new business opportunities for us. It will also simplify our business operations on account of the fact that the employees of the company Feromihin d.o.o. have already become familiar with the products of the company Zemis d.o.o., and some of them are also certified applicators. This acquisition will not affect the employees of Feromihin d.o.o. nor the employees of Zemis d.o.o., and all projects and activities will continue according to the plan.
