1. Innovation of business organization:

A new organizational method (method of process functions) is being introduced, which will connect the processes of recording, informing, controlling, analyzing, making decisions, planning, coordinating, organizing and implementing procedures, which will consequently lead to the establishment of new departments in the company: eLBC Production Department and PIMSf Implementation Department. In addition to the integrated system for monitoring new products (production, finance, strategy, marketing), a training program is being introduced with the aim of forming high-quality and functional teams that will include employees from different areas of competence. In addition to introducing a new knowledge base, procedures of the highest quality are implemented. Changes are also being introduced to the business organization, which includes the first application of decentralized responsibility for the heads of new departments and the formation of work teams with the aim of improving access, exchange and unification of knowledge from different departments. There will be three engineers in the PIMSf implementation department and one engineer in the eLBC production department.

2. Process innovation

A new method of implementing PIMSf is being introduced. Production will be organized in two shifts. The reason for this is the work of technical support in countries of another time zone. In addition, the procurement of new equipment and software necessary for the implementation of the product is carried out. A new eLBC production method is being developed which will include: the installation of new production technology, automated equipment and real-time sensors that will assist in process adaptation, new equipment required for new products, laser cutting tools. The null series production will be actively worked on. 50 devices will be involved in its operation. The eLBC is certified in accordance with the CE and EX standards. There will be three engineers in the PIMSf implementation department and one engineer in the eLBC production department. For both products, promotional materials are created and a promotional campaign is implemented.
