Splashzone / Subsea

Self-healing materials for corrosion protection
STOPAQ Wrappingband products are protective self-adhesive tapes that are used to wrap pipelines in order to prevent corrosion. They adhere perfectly to steel, as well as to various types of coatings, applied at the factory or on location. These are non-toxic, prefabricated materials, formed by cold application (pure homopolymers, polyisobutenes form a completely amorphous compound with low viscosity.
